Everything you need to know!

Hi! We’re looking forward to hosting you here in Rimini. In order to make your arrival simpler, we have prepared a short guide with answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Check-in and Check-out:
  • What time can I check-in? Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, don’t worry! You can leave your luggage at the storage and head straight to the beach for your first swim!
  • What time is the check-out? Check-out is by 10:00 am. If you want to stay longer, ask at reception: late check-out may be arranged on request, depending on availability, until 1:30 pm or as late as 8:00 pm.
Location and Beach:
  • How far is the hotel from the beach? The sea's just steps away :) Our Beach 121 awaits you! We offer discounted rates for guests staying a minimum of 3 nights.
  • Are we close to the city center? We're in Rivazzurra, a lively and vibrant area. Rimini's historic center and train station are easily reachable in 10–15 minutes by bus or Metromare.
  • How do I get here from the airport or train station? Fellini Airport is just 2 km away.
    The nearest train station, Rimini Miramare, is about 1 km (10-minute walk).
    Rimini Central Station connects via Line 11 or Metromare. Our stops are #28 (Line 11) and Fiabilandia (Metromare).
Car park:
Do you have a parking lot? Yes, we do! We partner with the Rivazzurra parking facility, open during the summer season. Access is via magnetic card, provided upon arrival and returned at check-out.
Breakfast:
  • Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00 am, with typical local products and homemade sweet and savory dishes, all in buffet format. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options are available (please notify us of any intolerances when booking).
  • The breakfast cost is €10 per person, which can be added if you selected accommodation only.
  • Is there a restaurant? We do not have an on-site restaurant, but we collaborate with the area's top establishments. Our team will recommend the best spots for piadina or Adriatic seafood!
Room Comfor
  • Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, there is. It’s free and fast throughout the hotel.
  • Elevator? The hotel is fully equipped with an elevator and offers complete accessibility.
  • Is there air conditioning? Yes, there is. Each room has its own individually controllable air conditioner.
  • What's in every room: Minifridge bar, safe, hairdryer, storage bed for luggage, kettle for tea and coffee. Cutlery and glasses kits available on request.
Pets Policy
We welcome small pets upon request.
Bookings and Payments
How do I confirm? You can confirm by paying a deposit via bank transfer or credit card.

When is payment due? The balance is settled conveniently upon arrival at the hotel. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Tourist tax: €2.50 per day per person (charged for a maximum of 7 nights). Children under 14 are exempt.

Booking and cancellation terms: Detailed in every quote we send, based on type — free cancellation or non-refundable.
